hej.
är där någon skillnad mellan tändspolarna på 3sgte motorerna. nästan alla har ju samma kontakt in (olika tändkablar bara). tänkte mer om man kan använda nästan vilken toyotaspole som helst som har samma kontakt till matningström.

eller måste man ha gen3 grejor ihop och gen 2 ihop osv

As long as its the proper igniter for the particular ECU, the coil is not too important.. The only issue that can really arise is if the primary resistance is too low, it could overload the igniter and shut it down.. They do have current limiting built into them so it shouldn't burn it up, just shut it down...

I doubt that you will have that problem though as most of toyota's coils have roughly the same primary resistance so nothing will ever know anything is different... I've intermixed tons (well many) different coils on various different Toyota's and have never had any issue's...

Like I said, the important thing is the Igniter matching the ECU.. And really its only the IGF signal that cause a problem when intermixing igniters.... In the mid 90's Toyota changed the IGF signal and the way it is generated in the igniter.. When you put a Gen 2 igniter on a Gen 3 ECU, the ECU doesn't understand the IGF signal (well it does but its a combination of when It recieves it and the type of signal it is... Its actually a bit more complicated then that but thats the bases of it.)
